Our self catering cottages are all graded 3 Star by Visit Scotland who assess our vacation rentals each year to ensure we maintain high standards. 

We let our cottages all year round and are happy to provide longer lets or short breaks in the off peak periods.   If you have any special requirements please contact us.  We will do our best to help and can be flexible, particularly,  in off peak periods.

The cottages all have electric central heating and, apart from Gartur Bothy which has a wood burning stove, all have open fireplaces. Our rentals are equipped to a high standard, we have tried to think of everything.  Each cottage has  Radio/CD players, radio alarms and hair dryers in the bedrooms and hair dryers.  Flat screen TV's, ready for the digital switchover, and DVD players.   Arnvicar, Ash & Hawthorn have a satellite dish and guests are welcome to bring their own decoders.

All the fitted kitchens are well equipped with:

Electric cookers, fridge/freezer, or separate fridge and freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toasters, food processor, cafetieres and stainless steel saucepans and, of course crockery and cutlery.  In addition we supply a fresh kitchen roll, tea towels and oven gloves.

The beds will be made up with freshly laundered linen ready for your arrival.  We provide each guest with a hand and bath towel.  In the bathrooms you will find   clean pedestal and bath mats, a fresh toilet roll along with shampoos and hand wash.

All cottages have washing machines and drying facilities and access to drying greens, and all have garden tables and chairs and barbecues.

Cots (but not cot bedding) and High Chairs are available, also a stair gate and fire guard, are available at no charge.  We can provide folding beds, including linen etc, for one extra guest (under the age of 14) in each cottage. Dogs are welcome, also for a small charge, but please do remember to bring your dogs bed, towel etc.

All our holiday guests are welcome to use the games room at Arnvicar. It is equipped with a small snooker table, table tennis table and a selection of games. It is heated by coin operated heaters.
